Traditional Bilona method (hand-churned, manufactured in small batches, slowly-heated for purity, aroma, and nourishment). Rich aroma, golden texture, naturally grainy.
Smoke Point ~240–250°C (460–482°F). This is higher than butter and most vegetable oils, making A2 ghee suitable for sautéing, roasting, and deep cooking. Properly prepared bilona ghee has very low moisture and milk solids, which is why the smoke point is high. Suitable for daily cooking, Ayurveda-inspired diets, and wellness living.
